Submit Your STRA Application NOW ONLINE
The Township of Muskoka Lakes has officially launched the new Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Application Portal — now live and ready to use.
Designed with convenience in mind, the portal lets short-term rental property owners and operators complete their license applications entirely online. No more printed forms or guesswork, just a straightforward, secure process from start to finish.
For the public, the portal also brings added transparency: residents and visitors can now confirm whether a property is a licensed short-term rental in the Township. This service will become available as licences are approved and issued through the online platform, powered by Cloudpermit.
Key Features of the Portal
- Easy-to-use online application process
- Secure document upload and application sign-off capabilities
- Real-time application status updates
- Direct messaging capabilities with Township staff
- Automated reminders for renewals and deadlines
-
