The current Dark Sky By-Law was enacted in 2014 and has been found to impose enforcement challenges and create confusion amongst Township residents. It is in need of an update and At this time the Township wants to hear from the community and receive public input on what changes they would like to see included in the revised Dark Sky By-Law, as well as any comments on the draft Dark Sky By-law recently prepared.
