🗣️ How to Participate

During a public meeting, members of the public are invited to share their thoughts, concerns, and questions related to the matter at hand. Each presenter will be allotted five minutes and is required to state their full name and address.

Registration is not required to participate in person. To present virtually, please email planning@muskokalakes.ca to request the Zoom link. This helps staff ensure all participants joining virtually can contribute, should they wish.

  • In-person: Arrive at the Township Office, Council Chambers (1 Bailey St., Port Carling) by 8:55 a.m., meeting will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.
  • Virtual: Email planning@muskokalakes.ca to request the Zoom link.
