June 2025 - Finalized Designs

Starting in May of 2025, we reached out to the community for input on the proposed elements for the Windermere Park playground. We received some great feedback, and with all suggestions being taken into account, the images below represent the playground that we will see come to life at Windermere Park in the coming months!

Some of the upgrades included:

Swing structure to match the earthscape wood play structure
Larger slide to accommodate more ages
Larger climbing structure to accommodate more ages
Inclusive elements (accessible grand cover, reach ranges, etc.)

Additional Upgrades for Consideration

Additional items that will be considered should the community group be able to raise the additional funds, would be a half court basketball net and an extra bay on the swing structure for a basket swing.
