Update: Council Decisions from December 2025

In support of maintaining the historical use of the Beaumaris Docks, Council approved crib refurbishment for the dock and confirmed the continuation of seasonal permits at the Beaumaris Wharf. Township staff will report back to Council at a later date with proposed updates to the Wharf Manager Agreement to reflect these decisions.

During Council’s consideration of this matter, public delegations were received from local organizations expressing support for staff’s recommendations and thanked Council, and Township staff for their thoughtful review and recognition of the dock’s long-standing role in the community.
