Site Alteration/Tree Conservation By-Law Review - Planning Committee May 12, 2022

During the May 12, 2022 Planning Committee meeting, drafts of the Site Alteration/Tree Conservation By-Laws were again considered. At the conclusion of the discussion Planning Committee directed that the by-laws remain for public viewing online for an additional 30 days and that if any organization or individual wishes to discuss these By-Laws with the By-Law Division to reach out to Rob Kennedy, Chief By-Law Enforcement Officer, at rkennedy@muskokalakes.ca.

This matter will return to the June 16, 2022 Planning Committee meeting and the Draft By-Laws along with a staff report will be attached to the Planning Committee’s Agenda Package, which will be available for download HERE on Friday, June 10, 2022 by end of day. The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom and a link to join the meeting will be included in Committee’s Agenda Package.
