Thank you for continuing to follow and provide feedback on the Township’s Noise Control By-law Update!

What happened last?

Following the public meeting on May 14, staff reviewed and presented feedback and the draft by-law to Planning Committee. The updated by-law is set to be discussed at the next Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 15 for final approval.

What’s next?

The updated draft Noise Control By-law will go to Council on Wednesday, July 15 for final approval. If ratified on this date, staff will then return to Planning Committee in the Fall with an update to the Administrative Monetary Penalty System By-law to reflect the latest Noise Control By-law.
